Subject: PEACE OF HEAVEN
In the fog (photo) the other day I discovered the peace of heaven early one morning while looking over John 14:27; it sort of dawned on me that that's exactly what Jesus was leaving to comfort/console1 His beloved disciples when He proclaimed, "I leave you My peace."
*PEACE OF HEAVEN*
My peace I give you
My life I surrender
My light I extinguish
That you would know love
My peace I give you
My blood I surrender
My power I withhold
That you will gain strength
My peace I give you
My heart I surrender
My joy I relinquish
That yours may be full
My peace I give you
Not as the world gives
My peace is everlasting
Whoever has it truly lives
